Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
